Will I really skip the lines?
Yes you will, you will pay for the reservation in advance so there will be no need to stand in the line to buy the tickets.
Is there a dress code to enter the Vatican city?
Yes there is, specially for the Sistine Chapel and the St. Peter’s Basilica, knees and shoulders must be covered, so please consider dressing appropriately.
What if we have luggage with ourselves? Where can we leave them?
Simply at the Museums entrance, you will receive a ticket for it and at the end of the tour you have to go back to the entrance and collect your luggage.
How can I prove I am student?
You have got to have a valid student ID in English with your photo and proof of age (under 26 years of age) and this would be enough for the Vatican.
Are we allowed to take photos in the Vatican?
Yes you are, except for the Sistine Chapel where it is absolutely forbidden to take photographs.
Do you apply discount for students?
Yes we do. If you are under 26 years of age and you bring your student card on the day of the visit we will apply 10 euro discount.
We have already booked a tour, can we add more people to our group?
Yes you can, just book the same tour for the same day.
How big are the groups?
How can we cancel our booking?
Yes you can, until 48 hours before the starting time of the tour you can cancel your tour and you will receive 50% refund.
We want to attend Papal Audience on Wednesday, can you provide tickets?
Absolutely, at no charge at all.
